Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Professional for our client partner. Support the sourcing team by executing key sourcing processes, including contract intake, project management, negotiations, contract approvals and signatures, new supplier setups, completion of risk assessments and due diligence, contract amendments, requests for quotes, etc. Experience with Microsoft Suite is required. Other tools used will include Workday Strategic Sourcing and DocuSign.

  • 5 years of experience required, sourcing consultant, support low complexity/low risk contracts across multiple categories, including marketing, HR, workplace services, finance, protective services.
  • High volume/quick turnaround time/ability to shift from category to category as needed.
  • Basic redlining, extending terms, amendments, order forms.
  • Contracting experience is more beneficial than enterprise experience.
  • Understand process workflow, good communication skills, quick decision making and ability to project manage many contracts at one time.
  • Work direction comes through Project Management tool via directly from the manager.
  • Multiple years of contracting experience/awareness is required.
  • High volume of work.
  • Experience with Redlining contracts and adding comments before a legal review is beneficial.
  • 100% remote.
