Beacon Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for our client partner. This role, within the Claims Portfolio, will manage a complex integration project that combines new development, data migration and integration with partners. Responsibilities include developing detailed work plans, providing project status, as well as anticipating and identifying risks and issues, recommending solutions and working with senior management to implement those solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage development and integration projects for the Claims Portfolio
• Direct, plan, coordinate, monitor and report progress for full release cycle utilizing chosen methodologies
• Identify and manage overall project and resource dependencies in addition to identifying and resolving resource constraints
• Work closely with product development team, cross-functional teams and assigned managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timelines for projects
• Monitor tasks, timelines and bandwidth for assigned teams
• Anticipate, identify and manage risks and issues by tracking, assigning ownership, following up and understanding the impact on scope, cost and schedule
• Assist with defining and managing service agreements to meet customer expectations and quality standards while delivering transparent communication, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring requirements are met
• Participate and provide insights in the development of key performance indicators and defining department standards and processes
• Facilitate delivery of final assets to project requesters on time and ensuring accuracy
• Assist in the management and archiving of final assets
• Manage communication of feedback and approvals from key stakeholders for projects
• Incorporate security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience working on technical projects with established deadlines that required collaboration across multiple functional areas where regular reporting and status updates were required
• Experience with integrated projects across multiple vendors (internal and external)
• Experience working with teams to develop test plans, data validation plans and strategies
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheets or similar project management tools
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence
• Bachelor's degree preferred
