Beacon Technologies is seeking a Program/Project Manager for our client partner. This role will be unique in that is both a PM and will ultimately have direct reports (PM’s working on projects within the program). This role will lead teams, drive results, escalate issues and work with the PPMO/PMO to drive a new way of project management oversight and capabilities. This role will be a role model for existing PM’s and will help showcase desired behavior.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education).
• 7+ years of experience in project/portfolio/program management.
• Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or health insurance.
• Track record in managing large-scale programs, complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Required Certifications: PMP, PgMP or similar.
