Beacon Technologies is seeking an OnBase Administrator/Developer III for our client partner. Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Hybrid, with two days per week required on premise. This is an electronic content management system Administrator/Developer position. This position plans, designs, develops, tests, implements, and modifies Electronic Document Management (EDM) solutions. This position is responsible for advanced OnBase administration and operational support, including platform and system incident/problem resolution, service and change request processing. Under general supervision of the Document Management Unit supervisor, this position will provide advanced OnBase Administrator/Developer technical leadership for complex EDM projects, which have a significant impact.
This position performs systems analysis and provides advanced OnBase Administrator/Development services in the planning, development and implementation of complex EDM projects. This position provides OnBase administration and consulting and performs duties consistent with strategic goals and objectives. This position proposes, creates and implements policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for utilizing OnBase platforms and systems. Clients include a wide variety of professional and supervisory staff, as well as end users, private sector entities, and the public. This includes interaction with personnel in the Bureau of Information Technology Services (BITS). Work is multitasking in nature, self-initiated and conducted independently.
