Beacon Technologies is seeking a Management Specialist for our client partner. The Management Specialist position supports a team of Project Supervisors. This role has a broad view of work and can direct efficient and productive utilization of both internal and external resources to manage and meet our team’s needs. This role is located onsite in West Allis, WI.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate Major Projects Trailer assignments and assemble booklet three times per year.
• Setup paving and GDAM projects in the work management system (STORMS) and database (CPMD).
• Manage and route various STORMS requirements.
• Schedule work to internal and external construction crews.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support the construction to design feedback process.
• Support Projects Supervisors with reporting, data entry and tracking of various programs.
• Other short-term projects on behalf of the Major Projects Project Supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business, or a related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of related experience will be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple systems and different customer groups.
• Experience in creating and documenting processes in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Professionalism to work with sensitive data/information.
