Beacon Technologies is seeking a Developer for our client partner. This position is hybrid, working 1 day/week in Janesville, WI and 1 day/week in Walworth, WI - could be required to be in office more in the future with reimbursed mileage between Janesville and Walworth. Open to considering at all skill levels with rate level to match.

This role is “cradle to grave” development and will also act as Business Analyst, working with users (plant operations) to determine requirements, and testing their own code. Developing for manufacturing environment a big plus. The development work is primarily for plant operations. The ERP system (IKAT) has been in-house developed and is very customized. It serves internal plant users in US, Singapore, and the Netherlands. The new hire will need to be a quick learner and will need to learn how each module’s logic works. The primary language to build IKAT was C# and knowledge of that will be the quickest route to understanding but skills in C++, Java, VB could also transfer. This role will create numerous ERP modules and production forms including raw material receiving through bottling forms, labor, and lab. May also start with some reporting, extracting data from the production environment. Also, some AR projects and working on modules of the master maintenance program with some integration with outside services like Uber transport data.
