Beacon Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst IV for our client partner. This position will be a business analyst for the IRIS 2.0 project scoping and building a new custom highly automated case management system for our client. Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Hybrid or on-site depending on contractor preference. Orientation will be on-site.

Top Required Skills:
10+ years' experience in the following:

• Documenting requirements
• Requirements gathering and analysis
• Technical writing and documentation
• Agile

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management
• User Test Plans
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous work experience with the State of Wisconsin or other government entities is preferred
