Beacon Technologies is seeking a lead Business Analyst for our client partner. The team is highly collaborative, and this position will present the opportunity to mentor and develop junior/entry level team members in all areas of being a business analyst.

• Work with functional owners in our manufacturing, engineering, product data management (PDM), sales (configurator), cost accounting, supply chain, and materials areas to design and implement efficient and sound business processes.
• Performs the duty of business relationship manager, liaison to the development/technical team, and functional users.
• Gathers business requirements, performs analysis of the requirements, defines and develops solutions.
• On occasion, will lead project plan development and leading of the project team.
