Beacon Technologies is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Consultant for our client partner. This staff augmentation opportunity will be responsible for working with IT and potentially other business departments to define and document current business AI best practices and educate the team on the best practices to implement AI Systems to be used internally and potentially externally. It may include review of any existing documentation, systems. discussions with business leaders and users, custom written solutions and procured solutions. The person will demonstrate strong influence and communications skills to interact successfully and effectively with all departments and as an AI Trainer & Advisor to the organization on system efficiency and effectiveness, relying on extensive business applications experience and understanding of current and future AI systems. It would be essential that the consultant has a background in BSA and AI systems as used by business today and in the future. In addition, this person should have skills gathering requirements, project management and systems analysis. You will support internal customers via phone, email, face to face, and other media communication.

• In addition to above the successful AI consultant must possess a diverse skill set that encompasses both technical and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of AI Systems and how to implement an AI system.
• Implemented AI systems, LLM, Chatbots, Machine Learning, if possible.
• Analysis: The ability to analyze and evaluate existing systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data to draw meaningful insights and support decision-making processes.
• Database Management: Understanding of database design, development, and management is crucial for handling large volumes of data.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to identify issues, analyze potential solutions, and implement the most effective one.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leaders.
• Critical Thinking: The capability to think analytically and critically to solve complex business problems.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and technological advancements.
